I have 15 years of experience in the front lines of customer service and operations, from operations to management. I have also spent the last four years working on solving company-wide issues. I can be of help to you because I understand the feelings, ideals, and realities of both the "front line" and the management.

I want to have a good time talking together from the same perspective, where we can find solutions, learn, and get hints.
That is my wish.

Study session at a theme park

EE Talk 1 hour/month
We will tour the theme park together and learn about the park's structure, its unique features, and the work it does. We will also answer any questions you may have.
A one-hour Eye to Eye Talk (individual session) will be held on the same day. (If held on a different day, the session will be held online.)
We will respond to any inquiries via email or phone for one month.

*Leisure conductors are not required to pay admission fees or transportation costs ( please see here if the event is held outside of Osaka or Kobe)
