This is a new, practical board game training program created by theme park professionals that allows participants to experience park management in a realistic way. We want mid-career and new employees who will be responsible for the company's future growth to develop a broad perspective that allows them to look beyond their own area of responsibility and take action and make decisions across the entire company. People often say to think from a manager's perspective, but it's difficult to teach this through daily work or on-the-job training. So, why not try managing Upperland?

Upperland was once a bustling theme park with many visitors. It had been steadily making profits, but now it's a burden, constantly running at a loss... Meanwhile, talk has arisen of using the Upperland site for another purpose. If things continue as they are, Upperland will be gone in three years. An elite team, including you, has been tasked with bringing the park back to a V-shaped recovery. Now, join forces as a team and protect the place that holds so many memories!

Because the setting is realistic, you can think about business management through the game.
Each employee will be responsible for a department that is essential to park operations, strengthening their decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
Practice your negotiation skills through discussions with other members
Strengthen your "strategic thinking" and "logical thinking" by understanding the current situation and considering the plans necessary for corporate growth.
However, you also want to enjoy your actual work!
Through this game, you will realize the importance of enjoying your work.

message
It will be a memorable experience, like that day spent at a theme park.
"Upperland" was recently created through a joint development project with theme park consultant Shimizu, who has experience working at two major theme parks, and Bansou Co., Ltd., a professional board game developer. Takami Makoto was asked to provide illustrations, resulting in a fun visual. Training that is forgotten after it's over is a waste. So, we thought we'd provide a fun, experiential training experience that will be memorable, like a trip to a theme park. "Upperland" is more than just fun. Learn deeply while having fun. Come experience this magical experience with a theme park professional.
