story
Upperland was once a bustling theme park with many visitors. It had been making a steady profit, but now it's a burden, constantly running at a loss... Meanwhile, talk has emerged of using Upperland's grounds for another purpose. If things continue as they are, Upperland will be gone in three years! An elite team, including you, has been tasked with bringing the park back to a V-shaped recovery. Now, join forces as a team and protect this place of memories for everyone!!

Each person will become a department manager, an essential part of theme park operations, and manage their department! Executing a plan sometimes requires coordination with team members. Discussions are just like real-world meetings!

Akinori Sugizaki
Since he was in junior high school, he had aspired to become a "theme park boss," and joined USJ LLC as one of the first new graduates. He is a theme park professional who has witnessed the joys and hardships of theme park management for 19 years, even before the park opened.
